The late ’70s ushered in a new chapter in the Traders Superstore saga, as Henry Lim, alongside his devoted brothers and in-laws, united their strengths under the banner of Dipolog Traders Sentry. However, as the years passed, Henry Lim and his brothers and in-laws faced their fair share of challenges, and regrettably, they encountered a period of disagreement that strained their collaboration. Despite these internal struggles, the spirit of entrepreneurship endured, propelling Henry Lim forward on his journey. 
In 1986, Henry Lim found himself embracing a new chapter in his personal journey. He exchanged vows with Evangeline, a union that not only fortified his family bonds but also infused a renewed sense of purpose into the fabric of Traders Superstore. Henry’s anchor and source of unwavering support came from no other than his wife, Evangeline.

Her steadfast encouragement and invaluable contributions played a pivotal role in shaping what the business has become today. Together, Henry and Evangeline overcame adversity, transforming their dreams into the thriving cornerstone of their community.
The year 1989 bore witness to a significant milestone – the birth of Traders Superstore. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, this establishment symbolized a culmination of dreams and aspirations. The opening of its doors in November 1992 marked a defining moment, as Traders Superstore breathed life into the bustling streets, becoming a cornerstone of the community it proudly served.
